Electricity tariff. Use current local billed cost per kWh for savings/payback estimates.
HVAC condition. Poor condition usually increases energy waste and replacement risk. Options: Good, Fair, Poor.
Controls quality. Good BMS/timers reduce energy waste; manual or poor controls increase savings potential. Options: Good BMS/controls, Basic timers, Manual/poor controls.
